Much of Caroline’s career has been customer-focussed, an obvious fit with her dedication to providing the best service and support. Customer liaison is a natural skill for Caroline, but her attention to detail, adherence to policies and ensuring quality in everything she does, is what ensures those relationships are lasting.
Caroline joined NTR in 2020 from a business specialising in lift servicing and was responsible for the diaries of over X service engineers. Key to her success was providing customers with reassurance while organising equipment, appointments and efficient routes of her maintenance team.
Previous employment includes banking, healthcare, fenestration and service sectors. This comprehensive grounding has provided Caroline with a firm foundation at NTR. Her experience in customer service and administrative support, combined with her drive as a team leader has now developed into a managerial role at NTR. As a manager she provides the same care and support to her team as she does to her customers.
Fitness fanatic Caroline can often be found “getting her steps in” marching on the spot and multitasking with various other office activities. With an excellent ear for music, Caroline also plays the flute to a high level and was once a member of an all-girl dance band! These days she loves nothing more than long walks in Yorkshire’s lovely countryside, with family and her dog.
