Charlotte Foster - NTR Ltd

Charlotte Foster

Charlotte joined the team as a Graduate from the University of Sunderland and has since been promoted to her role within Commercial and Customer Relations. Charlotte is a natural communicator and has a wealth of knowledge from previous roles within customer care sectors. Her empathy and understanding ensure customers and colleagues expectations are met and surpassed.

Leeds, West Yorkshire

Having graduated in 2017 from University of Sunderland, Charlotte worked in a customer focussed role for over 7 years. This grounding in customer services gave her an appreciation of the needs of others and how to tackle the most complex of cases, whilst remaining calm and communicative at all times. It was easy to see how her helpful can-do attitude would be a real benefit to NTR as a service orientated business.

Joining NTR in 2021, Charlotte immediately enjoyed the process and structure of a job in engineering. Although engineering was a new sector to her, she quickly got to grips with the attention to detail required both in the factory and the office. Understanding the needs of your business, is key to how Charlotte works. By bringing her skillset to existing customer relationships and assisting people on a one-to-one basis, she has developed excellent relationships across the UK and Europe. Charlotte’s friendly and amiable personality make her just as popular with colleagues as clients.

Always keen to develop and learn more skills, Charlotte studied alongside her NTR day job during 2021-2022, qualifying in Business Administration Level 3.

  • Business Administration – level 3
  • Health & Safety – level 1 & 2
  • University of Sunderland Journalism & Media (2:1)
  • A-levels & GCSEs Tadcaster Grammar School

An enthusiastic runner, Charlotte loves the rigour of long distance running and the peace of speeding through the local countryside. On slower days, long walks with her dog Roger, is the true antidote to those busy days spent working hard in the office. A real home bod, Charlotte loves nothing more than a night in watching movies, in her perfectly curated living room. Her love of interiors, fashion and keeping abreast of trends, is a life long passion.

Honoured to play a small part in the new Police Memorial

The very nature of Manufacture-to-Print means that we don’t always discover the final application of the components that we produce. That’s why we felt so honoured when we found out that the brass pin assemblies and tie bars that Sam Wood and the team had manufactured, were to be part of something very special.
