We recently celebrated the retirement of Alan Paylor, our brilliant tooling reclamation engineer, as he officially steps back from the business after over three decades of outstanding service.

Al has been with NTR Limited for 32 years, bringing unmatched technical skill, dedication, and a fantastic attitude to the workshop every single day. His specialist expertise in restoring engineered tooling has been central to our reclamation division and saved our clients significant time and resources over the years.

The entire team gathered outside head office to give Al the celebratory send-off he deserves. While we are sad to see such an integral part of the team go, we are thrilled for him as he begins this well-earned next chapter.
