We welcome Kelly Pearson to NTR as Company Accountant, working alongside Philip Robinson through his transition.

Kelly joins us to take the reins of NTR’s financial operations and is currently working alongside Philip Robinson during a structured handover period ahead of Philip’s planned departure this November.

Kelly brings over 20 years of hands-on experience leading finance functions across fast-growing commercial organisations. Her expertise in financial management, cash flow forecasting and multi-entity operations will ensure NTR maintains strong financial health as the business continues to grow.

Having spent my career working alongside entrepreneurial business leaders, choosing to join NTR was an easy decision. It’s a dynamic environment, and I’m already getting stuck in as Philip and I work through a seamless handover ahead of his retirement later in the year.”
